At Jigsaw Dating, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
